A: Of course! All purchases are covered under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. That means that if you are not 100% happy with your sunglasses you have 30 days to contact us and ask for a different pair or your money back.

Q: What type of lenses do you use?
A: Great eyewear is all about amazing lenses and our Polarized + UVA/UVB 400 protection (CE) lenses will provide you the best optical confort and protection available in the market.

Q: What does that mean?
A: UVA/UVB 400 protection means that our lenses are equipped with filters that block all types of UV light (type A and B) up to 400nm of wave-length — that is, all harmful radiation.

Our lenses are also equipped with a polarising filter to further increase visual confort and reduce eyestrain by cutting out the glare from shinny surfaces (like the road or the ocean) on bright sunny days.

(CE) means that our lenses have been tested, approved and certified by the European Union.

Q: Is bamboo fragile?
A: Well, bamboo has been used to build houses and roads for many millenia — it handles sunglasses amazingly well!

Q: Are your sunglasses sustainable?
A: Absolutely. They are even carbon-negative! By planting 5 trees for every purchase and offsetting all of our employees carbon footprint our project is actually contributing to reduce global carbon emissions.

Q: Are they fairly made?
A: Yes, they are: all our suppliers observe Fair Trade working standards.

Q: Do you really plant 5 trees?
A: Well, you do: it's included in the price. We work with international organisations to make sure your money hits the ground as fast as possible.

Your Lenses

All our lenses are polarized with UVA/UVB 400 protection. These are a type of special multi-layered lenses designed to reduce glair and improve color perception, visual contrast and comfort (polarized), while blocking out all UVA and UVB sun rays up to 400 nm of diameter. This is the highest protection available for sunglasses.

Our frames are made of sustainable bamboo with an anti-scratching coating. Bamboo is a highly resistant (to pressure, water and sun), light and flexible material. Our frames have spring-hinges for better comfort. All our sunglasses are assembled by hand and inspected several times for a guaranteed quality experience.
