Your satisfaction is our number one priority. For that reason, we created a quick and flexible return and exchange policy.

You are eligible for exchanging or returning your products if:
- You are within 5-day period after receiving your order.
- Both the product(s) and any other material sent in your package remain available for return at their original state of preservation.
- You are able to present a receipt or proof of payment and produce a valid identification card and/or proof of address.
- You are the person that paid for the products or this person is easily accessible to you (for returns only).
- The products you received have visible damages and you report those within a 48h period after receiving your order.
If you are eligible and wish to continue with your exchange / return you should take the following steps:
- Please read carefully our Exchanges and Returns page.
- Contact us through any official channel saying so.Please do not forget to include your order number, as well any other relevant informations about your exchange / return.
- As soon as possible, we will get back to you confirming your request and directing you with more detailed instruction on how to proceed. Once we do this, please follow this steps and return the package to us.
- We will very shortly analyze the products and get back to you with a final decision about your process and with news about either your refund or your new products.
